During the introductory session about Mindfulness, Dalida Turkovic will share the benefits of mindfulness, how body responds to stress and why mindfulness works, 4 mindfulness practices and how to continue practicing on your own. Dalida is an executive coach and the founder of the Beijing Mindfulness Centre. In all her work, Dalida is driven by a profound interest in what moves and motivates people. She believes in big change through small steps, whilst keeping the body and mind in balance. Her philosophy and understanding of the mindfulness practice is captured in her book Mindfulness for Beginners.
