As part of their PE classes, pupils enjoy Outdoor and Adventure Activities. This element of the curriculum includes water-based sports such as kayaking which happen off site during the year but today, here on campus, the challenge focused on orienteering and map-reading.

Outdoor and Adventure Activities are designed to help children to develop appreciation and enjoyment of the great outdoors. They also help to foster a healthy attitude to the environment around them. The activities are team-orientated and support social skills as well as leadership qualities and the ability to take calculated risks.
