Ramadan is just around the corner and is a time to reflect. The Arabic and Islamic Departments used all their creativity and dramatic prowess today to help Year 5 and 6 children understand what Ramadan means and why it is such a special time.

Year 5 and 6 pupils enjoyed a carousel of activities that explored traditional Suhar from different regions of the Middle East. This was followed by some Arabic storytelling as well as Ramadan reflection letters. The children loved learning about the meaning of Ramadan and the different traditions.
