Nearly 100 Year 10 students attended a Work Observation Week between 29 May and the 2 June.

Students visited companies both locally and abroad providing them with a great depth of experience. LES Primary School, Lego in Denmark, a nutrition company in Holland, a salmon farm in Scotland and a lawyers office in Cardiff were among the many interesting and varied placements that the students had the opportunity to experience. There were many other placements in the UK and throughout Europe and also with local companies from Javea and the surrounding area. Local support was received from Physiotherapists, Architects and McDonalds just to name a few. The students themselves found the week very beneficial and mostly graded their experience as 8 or 9 out of 10. The employers evaluation was almost universally excellent which reflects positively on the LES students who represented the school to the highest standards.
